Each flange carries a bore, six-hole PCD and a relief pocket, all machined in a single setup on the Hurco VMC to keep every feature concentric. The toolpath was proven in solid simulation on the control before cutting — collisions and gouges get caught on screen, not on the part.
Running the batch in one hit meant consistent size across all twelve parts, with the first-off inspected and the program stored for repeat orders.
